Refund policy

30-day returns

Unworn masks in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't the design you picked, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it in full, and you won't need to send anything back.

Worn items

For hygiene reasons, masks that have been worn can't be returned unless they are defective.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
